My main contribution was working on general marketing emails as well as trigger emails such as the order confirmation, abandon-cart emails, and post-purchase flows.
As the newest addition to the Springboard Hospitality group, I worked with Wayfinder Waikiki to launch their grand opening offer. Using the established brand voice, I created a series of welcome emails, promotional emails, and pre- and post-stay trigger emails.

As Canada's only independent Ultra Low-Cost Carrier (ULCC), Flair Airlines needed a rebrand and creative assets to communicate its value.
I worked with an external agency to develop Flair's "plane & simple" philosophy and conceptualized ways to pull it through the brand experience.
